Terms and Conditions
Detailed content for this section is generated by a dedicated legal process and will be integrated here.
Booking and participation
Your place is confirmed once payment clears and we send a written acceptance. Why the formality? Because small-group field days run best when everyone knows what they've signed up for.
Use of images
Students keep the rights to their own photographs, while Aviance Lens may request permission to feature selected work in the gallery, class notes, or course promotions.
Field behaviour
We expect quiet movement, respect for wildlife, and care around public spaces, marsh edges, and sensitive nesting zones. It's simple: the birds come first.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Weather can change the plan in minutes, and that’s part of the craft. We’ll reschedule where possible, but cancellation windows and administrative fees still apply under the full policy.
A few practical points
- Participants are responsible for suitable clothing, personal gear, and arriving on time for dawn departures.
- We may adjust routes, learning goals, or meeting points when safety, wildlife disturbance, or access rules call for it.
- Custom coaching sessions are tailored to the photographer's skill level, but missed appointments may still be billed.
Need a quick answer?
We keep things straightforward. If a clause isn't clear, ask before you book. Isn't that easier than sorting it out after a sunrise shoot?
